With many years’ accumulated successful experience and mature technology, CIECC provides two major areas of e-Government and e-Commerce services for domestic and foreign enterprises.The services mainly include public service, professional service, security service, credit service and disaster recovery service. Public Service

The e-Government platform of the Ministry of Commerce that CIECC constructs, operates and maintains, has formed five main categories of import/export, foreign investment, international economic cooperation, domestic trade management and governmental information service, integrating nearly 100 e-government application projects, that provide enterprises with secured online application, examination/approval, record for file, policy consultation and industry guidelines.These e-Government application projects not only facilitate enterprises with commercial and trade activities, greatly improve the government working efficiency, but also provide detailed information support for Ministry of Commerce in the field of the business management, statistical analysis, and early-warning policies.

Professional Service

CIECC provides enterprises the services of trade information, trade bridging, trade application, disaster recovery backup and various kinds of training.

CIECC’s basic platforms of the third party service contain China Commodity Exchange Market, China Mobile e-Commerce platform, China e-Trade Finance Service platform, Trade Logistic Public Service platform, China Trade Exchange, China Commercial Coordination platform, Global Trade Transaction Management Application platform, Global Retail Commodity Purchasing platform etc.

CIECC’s Disaster Recovery Centers located in Dongdan Beijing, Yizhuang Beijing and Guangzhou, are based on the infrastructure of the highly secured data center and powerful IT system, taking professional consulting service team and system service products as the core to provide the different types of enterprises and relevant government departments in the commercial logistic area with the services of the most secured, fast and complete data backups, disaster recovery and business sustained guarantee.

Security Service

The CA center of CIECC (GFA CA) is the first authentication authority that holds independent intellectual property right in China. At present, GFA CA is the only 3rd party administratively qualified CA authentication authority on the state ministry level awarded by Ministry of Information Industry, and has set up 32 registry agencies (RA), 100 technical service agencies all over China.

GFA CA has been widely used in the projects related to the government affairs, telecommunications, banks, trade etc.GFA CA is the first security CA system in Mainland China recognized by Pan Asian e-commerce Alliance, and has been used in the cross-nation electronic transactions by Chinese and foreign enterprises.

Credit Service

Based on the huge, authoritative national level credit database, CIECC has constructed large-scale professional database such as Chinese enterprises’ credit information database, trade processing / foreign trade enterprises database and global buyer database etc. that have been cumulated to over 1 million enterprises, for the purpose of providing to the enterprises the businesses of information service, risk report, credit management consulting and training, business account management and risk control etc.

Disaster Recovery Service

The third party disaster recovery service project jointly constructed by CIECC and Global Data Solutions (GDS), with its investment scale of close to RMB 10 billion, is the first batch of institutions in China who have taken up the third party disaster recovery business.

This project based on the disaster recovery construction located in Beijing and Guangzhou, plans to form 12 regional disaster recovery centers all over China, to provide disaster recovery and business continuity services for governments at all levels and institutions and industries in the area of finance, telecommunication, energy, transportation, manufacture, trade and commerce, logistics etc.
